Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
You may cancel your order before our pharmacist has approved your prescription. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds under UK pharmacy regulations, as prescription medicines cannot be resold or reused.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at the address provided on our website.
